Description: Erin Glenda is a woman born and raised in Ireland. There she was married with three children, two boys and a daughter. However, along with the failure of the crops, her husband and sons were taken by scarlet fever. In search of a better life for her only daughter Kathryn, Erin set off for England to obtain work. As a result of her excellent expertise in the cullinary arts, Erin was able to earn a position as chef for distinguished nobleman Alexander Maslov. In receiving this position, Erin was also given residence in the Maslov household. Kathryn was accepted as well as a maid and lady-in-waiting to Alexander’s daughter Viola. Erin gets along very well with Viola, though Marianne does not appreciate her presence. Alexander is not particularly fond of the Irish either, hence Erin spends the majority of her time running errands or hidden in the kitchen.
